Born in Rio de Janeiro, Ana Cristina, an early entrepreneur, founded her first successful enterprise, a fashion design firm, shortly after graduating college. Her several years as president of this company provided her with invaluable experience in management, recruitment and finance. A holiday trip to the U.S., brought the Lerner's together, and soon thereafter they founded Information Television Network.
